Community Programs

The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Benton Harbor is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us the most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.

The curriculum of I'm Saving Myself (ISM), promotes skills that nurture the whole person and build self-esteem.   Through music, journaling and life enrichment lessons, the ISM curriculum identifies and enhances the students’ talent and self-confidence as well as builds critical life skills including emotional, social, academic, and cognitive skills.  

A community service organization connecting people who work together to solve community problems, provide humanitarian aid, and promote goodwill and peace.

The mission of The First Tee of Benton Harbor is to positively impact the lives of our local youth by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values, and promote future potential through the game of golf.

Job creation, education, housing, healthcare...

Provides temporary housing for families and single parents with children and assists these families in finding permanent homes. 

Providing support and advocacy for respect, understanding and nondiscrimination for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and allied persons and their families in Southwestern Michigan.

The Clinic is not a walk-in Clinic -- appointments are necessary.

Offering primary medical and mental health services, eligibility must first be determined in order to be enrolled to receive care at the Outpatient Clinic.  You will be assigned to a primary care provider and team, who provides continuous and coordinated care.

A full-service organization serving children, families and adults, offering services through five comprehensive programs that serve the people living in Berrien, Cass and Van Buren counties.

Offering disaster services, helping combat addiction, providing emergency shelter... and more!

  • Renew old, used bikes and make them affordable for everyone who needs or wants a bicycle.  

  • Train riders and promote safe biking habits.

  • Teach new skills in the art of bicycle maintenance.

  • Create an environmentally conscious culture in Southwest Michigan.
